I have been offering in-home cat sitting privately for 8 years now, I am happy to announce my cat sitting service is now available to the public. With over 26 years experience working with cats from breeding purebred Cornish Rex, competing in cat shows and my 20+ years experience grooming; hiring Paws and Claws Cat Sitting is a name you know you can trust! Extra training/certifications includes Pet First Aid & CPR training through St. John Ambulance and a Police Clearance Certificate. Paws and Claws has privately run and financially supported a private rescue for 10 years adopting out 17 cats, 8 of the remaining cats stay in our care till end of life due to special care and needs! This has allowed us to have a lot of experience administering medications from oral antibiotics, thyroid creams to diabetes injections.
My service is available to Niagara Falls, St.Catharines, Thorold, Welland, Fonthill, Niagara-on-the-Lake and surrounding area. Our service includes drop-in visits to your home where I check in on your cat(s) and make sure their food dishes are full, water bowls are refilled, medication (if needed) is provided, litter is cleaned and of course enjoying some cuddles, pets and playtime! Each day a few photos/videos are sent to the owner so they can see their cat(s) while they’re away!
I schedule a meet and greet with each new client before the scheduled cat sitting to ensure that the cat owner(s) and cat(s) are a good fit. During this meet and greet with each new client we go over your cats routine, a quick house tour and fill out an information sheet about your cat(s),
Pricing for cat sitting services in St. Catharines, Fonthill, Thorold, Niagara Falls:
$30 per drop-in visit (30 minutes)
$40 per extended drop-in visit (45 minutes)
$45 per 1-hour extended drop-in visit (60 minutes)
[Welland and Niagara-on-the-Lake are subject to an additional $5.00 drop-in fee per visit]
(Prices include providing medication for most pre-existing conditions)
Pricing includes food and water refill, basic litter cleaning and playtime for up to 3 cats.
Have a few plants? I can water them as well.
Is your garbage day during your time away? I can bring your garbage and recycling to the curb and back to the house during my visit.
