I have been offering in-home cat sitting privately for over a decade, and I’m happy to announce my cat sitting service is now available to the public. With over 26 years of experience working with cats—including breeding purebred Cornish Rex, competing in cat shows, and over 20 years as a professional cat groomer—Paws and Claws Cat Sitting is a name you can trust.


Training & Certifications:

• Pet First Aid & CPR certified through St. John Ambulance
• Police Clearance Certificate
• Extensive experience administering medications (oral antibiotics, thyroid creams, diabetes injections, and more)

Rescue Work:
Paws and Claws has privately run and financially supported a cat rescue for 15 years, finding loving homes for 17 cats. Eight of our rescue cats remain with us for life due to special care needs, giving us deep experience with senior and special-needs cats.

Our Cat Sitting Services Include:

• Drop-in visits to your home
• Feeding and fresh water refill
• Administering medication (if required)
• Litter box cleaning
• Cuddles, pets, and playtime
• Daily photo/video updates sent to you while you’re away

Extra services available upon request:

• Watering plants
• Bringing garbage/recycling to and from the curb
• Mail retrieval (if easily accessible)

Pricing (per visit, up to 4 cats):

• $35 – 30-minute visit
• $45 – 45-minute extended visit
• $50 – 60-minute extended visit
  (Welland & Niagara-on-the-Lake visits are subject to an additional $10 per visit)

Prices include providing medication for pre-existing conditions.

Paws and Claws cat sitting services came to our attention and highly recommended by the breeder of our cats, and we always have a great experience when we go away. Not only does she come daily to our house to feed our "babies" and clean their litter boxes, but she joyfully attended to their well being as well, by playing with them and spending lots of quality time with each of them.
